Agronalysis
Agriculture · Web App
A clear, straightforward web dashboard that helps rural producers and cooperatives manage their properties, crops, inventory, finances, and team in one place.

01 / Overview
Farm management with clarity and practicality.
I designed Agronalysis for rural producers who want to manage their farms and their cooperative without fighting their software.
The project follows my full design process, from discovery and definition through ideation, UI design, and high-fidelity screens.

02 / The problem
A leading industry, held back by complicated tools.
Agribusiness is one of the main drivers of the Brazilian and global economy, yet it still struggles to manage and organise its operations.
Many producers and cooperatives rely on complex, unintuitive systems that are impractical and don’t present information clearly. Management software keeps advancing, but there are still few solutions that meet day-to-day needs in a simple, accessible, and efficient way.
03 / Discovery
Learning from the tools producers already use.
Competitive analysis
Before designing anything, I explored existing agricultural management platforms to understand what works well and where there is room for improvement. I focused on solutions that offer clear tools, practical usability, and reliable support for farmers and cooperatives.
After a broad analysis, I selected five key apps for a deeper look, mixing international and Brazilian tools: Tend, MyFarm, Aegro, SSCrop, and Perfarm. Testing them and reading user feedback on app stores and websites confirmed the same pain points: complex, unintuitive systems that don’t present information in a practical, transparent way.
Persona
Meet Levi, 32, a rural farmer.
Levi is looking for more practical digital tools to manage his business. He sees how technology could automate daily tasks in the field, but he often runs into complex, unintuitive software that doesn’t meet his real need: simpler farm management.

Goals
- Make it easier to track inputs and production.
- See cooperative results with more transparency.
- Reduce waste through better stock organisation.
- Access important information without relying on several software tools.
- Reduce errors caused by forgetfulness or manual notes.
- Monitor productivity by plot.
Challenges
- Complex, unintuitive systems.
- Limited time to learn technical tools.
- Trouble interpreting raw data.
- Information spread across different places.
- Needs to record information while working, with no time for lengthy notes.
Empathy map
What Levi says, thinks, does, and feels.
- Says
- “I want something simple and straightforward.”
- “I don’t have time to figure out complicated systems.”
- Thinks
- “Other farms are still using spreadsheets or outdated systems. I need to make my life easier, not more complicated.”
- “This software is confusing, full of menus and technical terms.”
- Does
- Keeps track of tasks and applications from memory or in notebooks.
- Asks peers how they manage their farms.
- Tries to use systems but gives up out of frustration.
- Feels
- A strong desire to simplify his farm management routine.
- Wants more control and practicality.
04 / Define
Everything a producer needs, in eleven areas.
I organised the product into eleven areas reached from a single dashboard, so producers can find properties, crops, stock, money, and people without digging through menus.
Information architecture
- Home Property, temperature, wind, rain, notes, maps
- Properties Property list
- Inventory Inventory items
- Crops Active, past, upcoming
- Finance Overview, to pay, to receive
- Team Team members
- Analytics Crops, finance, products
- Maps Property and its crops
- Grazie AI Chat assistant
- Settings Profile
- Profile Sign out
05 / Ideate
Wireframes for every main area.
I sketched the structure of each screen in grayscale first, working out navigation, tables, and charts before adding any visual style.

06 / UI design
A calm, green visual language.
The style guide keeps the interface quiet and readable: one typeface, a palette of greens, and simple line icons.
- Typeface
- Poppins in Light, Regular, Medium, and SemiBold
- Grid
- Desktop: 1440 px wide, 12 columns, 16 px gutters
- Icons
- Lucide, at 16, 20, and 24 px
- #5D8412
- #7C9D3C
- #82AA36 Button
- #AEB89C
- #E8EEE4 Button

07 / High fidelity
The final dashboard.
Every area shares the same top navigation, with the current section highlighted, so any part of the farm is one click away.
