02 / The challenge
Making international money feel less complicated.
Foreign exchange costs can be difficult to understand. The project focuses on making the experience clearer for people who want to spend, receive, or invest money across borders.
The brief identifies three audiences: young travelers, freelancers and digital nomads working across currencies, and young investors taking their first steps internationally.
The design work brings together a CSD matrix, forms, an empathy map, Jobs to Be Done, personas, benchmarking, and information architecture to frame the product and its journeys.
03 / First impressions
Three screens. One clear introduction.
The onboarding introduces the product’s core benefits before the user creates an account.

04 / The mobile journey
An everyday account for a global life.
The app structure connects day-to-day money management with the moments that matter when using another currency.

- Buy & convert currency
- A journey from choosing a currency and reviewing a quote to confirming the purchase.
